Prospect in SF

Bro-in-law is the executive chef at a restaurant that he was heavily involved in making happen.  They opened about a week before we got to eat there.  Delicious!

Golden Beets - Sherry Honey Vinaigrette, Spiced Walnut Brittle, Manchego
