Smoke Beer!
Original Schlenkerla smoke beer, very smoky and good.
Flatbread with mushrooms, spring onions, garlic confit, and crescenza
Shaved Asparagus Salad, Bacon, Sherry Onions, Poached Egg
(delicious!)
Some carrots/crostini (I can't remember the rest of it)
Grass fed hamburger, pickled onions, french fries - definitely one of the best burgers i've ever had.
