Dinner at Bones in Denver on saturday.  Delicious noodle house/asian fusion sort of restaurant. 

Suckling pig and Pork Belly steamed buns

Roasted Bone Marrow

Jicama Salad: Roasted Poblano, Shiitake Mushrooms, Oranges, Ricotta Salata

Egg Noodles: Crispy Duck Confit, Bok Choy, Oyster Broth
